Anne’s professional career spans several cutting edge industries. She began her journey of careers on the cutting edge in the Los Angeles film and television industry, and then founded, built, and sold her own production company. 


Anne next managed commercial transactions, business development of production and technology start-up entities, and led a team who defined and developed digital corporate communications strategies for Fortune 100 companies. She advised companies on process efficiency and did business management consulting in the United States, Sydney, Australia, and other Pacific Rim countries.


After finishing law school, she was an Attorney Advisor for the first Obama Administration, and then launched a boutique law firm that developed the formative structure for legal recreational cannabis in Washington State, and then internationally.


Her first book Cultivating Crime: The Dark Side of Legal Marijuana is a true-life legal thriller exposing white and red collar crime in the cannabis industry and male bias in the legal system. In her second book, Savor Your Chocolate, Anne explains how to use cacao and 100% chocolate as a seasoning in everyday meals and advises on how to add these to any recipe.
In Preferment, Anne retires retirement and teaches curious over-achievers a modern alternative. Her practical program and workbook encourages people to imagine a new vision, discover their own rules, and culminates in a personalized, sustainable mission defining how make their last third the most expansive and fulfilling part of life.


In her spare time, Anne mentors at-risk youth, surfs, travels, entertains, is CEO for several companies, champions four non-profits, and co-own an international award-winning chocolate farm on the Big Island of Hawaii.
